This means that you can be sure that we know our products inside out, so instead of being pushed away and diverted to the manufacturers when you have an issue with your product, 9 out of 10 times we will be able to resolve any potential issues in-house. All of our products and brands such as Garmin, TomTom and Snooper, come with full manufacturers warranty and free delivery

All you need to do is contact us via one of our easy methods of contact and simply ask to return the item to us. Once we have your item back we'll refund you the full purchase price.

We offer a wide range of delivery options, including Next Working Day Delivery because we like to unite order with owners as quickly as possible. What's more we don't do this with cheap couriers, we use one of the UK's favourite delivery companies, Royal Mail. Making your purchase convienient for you and most of the time, your parcel will arrive with your morning post.

We Own Our Stock 

Everything we sell we own and is stored safely in our UK warehouses, or third party warehouses across the UK. This means The Best Brands is in control of the entire order process right up to getting the item to your door step. What's more in the event that you do need to return something it is sent straight to us, no one else to get in-between! Our experience in retail has shown owning everything we retail delivers a much better service and simplifies the management of our business. We also deal with only the best manufacturers, who know their products inside out. We have good ties with these manufacturers so if you struggle to sort a warranty issue, we can deal with them directly for you. How's that for peace of mind?

Product Sourcing

We work with some of the biggest distributors in the UK to source our products. This means we buy only official stock which in turn doesn't result in any tricky conversations with manufacturer's who don't recognise the warranty of the retailer you've purchased from when you have issues. 

Warranty 

Any purchase from The Best Brands will carry a manufacturer's warranty because our stock is purchased from official UK Distributors. This will be a minimum of 12 months, with optional extra warranty available for very little cost. Call us for more details.
